An Observation of Self

an anxiety attack. or dissociation. your perspective seems to have a wider field of vision. you don't feel like you are moving yet you are. you're not in control. you don't emote or feel anything. it happens because of anxiety. first you feel sad and worthless. then you become avoidant of anyone. my heart rate escalates. you need to leave. now. then everything starts spinning. your breathing becomes labored.
