the transition back to civilian life. you must make new priorities now. organize your life. the structure and pattern is gone. time to construct a new one. dedicate certain periods of the day to do certain things. set reminders and alarms. keep a journal. writing is better than electronic perhaps? remember your journal. it worked then, it can work now.
